Our pizzas are not just food; they’re a craft. Handmade, hand-stretched, and 100% sourdough, we use only the finest ingredients from local suppliers. Our dough is slow-fermented for 72-hours, giving a light, airy and chewy crust that’s easily digestible. We cook our pizzas in fired ovens, the way they’re supposed to be cooked! We can either bring our vintage horse-box with our gas-fired ovens, or for larger events, we have a gazebo with our large wood-fired ovens. We have something to cater for any occassion!
